The company supplies major retailers throughout the U.S., U.K., and Europe and operates through a high-volume logistics, marketplace, and performance-driven ecosystem. TradeMart’s competitive advantage lies in its deep expertise in Amazon systems, catalog optimization, SEO, e-commerce operations, and data-led marketing strategies.

Overview

As Chief Marketing Officer, I worked directly with the CEO on strategy, product planning, operational decisions, and performance execution across all departments. My role was both executive and deeply hands-on, overseeing everything from high-level business strategy to daily team performance and client communication.
I led a department of 50+ marketing professionals — including Amazon experts, SEO specialists, designers, content creators, analysts, product managers, and marketplace operators. I guided the team through daily KPI reviews, set weekly priorities, held performance meetings, and ensured consistent delivery standards across all projects.
I collaborated with the CEO to build business plans for hundreds of thousands of SKUs, mapping out product lifecycles from sourcing → branding → listing → optimization → marketing → global distribution. I also partnered closely with the operations and sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives, inventory levels, retailer demand, and real-time market opportunities.
In addition to internal leadership, I directly managed 10 major enterprise clients, each with enormous product catalogs. I led all key communication — from performance reviews to pricing strategies to growth planning — ensuring clients felt supported, informed, and confident in our execution.
A major pillar of my role was e-commerce strategy. I oversaw product ranking, SEO structure, keyword strategy, catalog organization, conversion optimization, and marketplace positioning across Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Business, and additional platforms. I ensured every product had the strongest possible presence in competitive categories.
I also built processes for scalable execution, improving launch systems, listing optimization frameworks, and internal communication workflows that helped the team operate more efficiently and consistently.

Outcomes
  • Led a 50+ person marketing department, driving performance, improving execution quality, and setting clear operational standards across all teams.

Day3 is a multidisciplinary creative and digital agency providing branding, web design, development, and strategic support to clients across industries such as fashion, construction, food, healthcare, real estate, travel, hospitality, architecture, and finance. When I joined, the agency was in an early, unstructured stage—with only two clients, no internal systems, and no defined creative or operational processes.

Overview

As Senior Project Director, I became the operational and creative backbone of the agency. I shaped the internal structure, built the creative team from scratch, and developed the processes that defined how Day3 operated.

I led a team of designers, developers, and copywriters, providing daily direction, task-planning, and hands-on creative guidance. I created the agency’s full workflow inside ClickUp, mapping out how projects moved from discovery → strategy → creative → development → delivery. This system became the foundation of the company’s clarity, organization, and long-term scalability.

I oversaw every project from initial concept to final delivery. I reviewed all creative work, guided design decisions, shaped brand direction, and ensured quality across every deliverable. On the development side, I defined technical strategies, planned integrations, improved build efficiency, and solved complex problems alongside the team.

I also led client communication—running discovery sessions, presenting concepts, reviewing assets, and guiding clients throughout the entire process. My role blended strategy, creative leadership, execution, and operations in a way that was central to the agency’s growth.

  • Built the creative team from zero, hiring designers, developers, and copywriters and creating the structure that allowed the agency to scale responsibly.
